We are searching for the best talent for the Quality Control Analyst – eLIMS role to be in Cork, Ireland.
Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a QC Analyst specializing in eLIMS. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the eLIMS team, tasked with deploying eLIMS and iLabs solutions for NPI & PPQ’s. As the system SME they will ensure the system and supporting processes are always audit ready. They will lend their expertise during audits, investigations, RCPS and process improvements.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Resolve eLIMS Support tickets.
* Participate in issue resolution.
* Represent site on global teams tasked with standardization of iLABs builds.
* Own quality investigations, CAPA’s & change controls, as required.
* Consult in lab-based investigations involving the use of problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies.
Qualifications / Requirements
* A BSc in Chemistry/Biology/Biochemistry/Microbiology, or related other Scientific related field.
* 1+ years of LM eLIMS user experience.
* Demonstrated experience & understanding of how LM Separations, Bioassay, IP & Micro labs function
* Experience of participating as an SME in regulatory/Customer/Internal Audits.
* Strong problem solving with experience in RCPS being advantageous.
* Strong continuous improvement and lean methodology mentality.
* Be hard-working with excellent communication and partner management skills.
* Acute attention to detail.
* A focus on patients and customers at all times.
