As a Store Leader, you will bridge the gap between management and sales teams, driving service excellence and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support senior management to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
* Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Maintain operational standards and visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store ambiance
* E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures
You will also contribute to achieving key performance indicators and ensure the store is always prepared for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 6 months of leadership experience or 1 year of supervisory experience
* Fully flexible with working schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and various point-of-sale systems
