Knockranny House Hotel are looking to expand our Accommodation team. Prospective applicants should be able to carry out the following duties:To greet all guests in a warm and a friendly mannerTo work as part of the Accommodation teamTo clean and service the hotel guest rooms, bathrooms and public areasTo ensure guests corridors and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standardTo deal with guests queries and complaints in a professional and efficient mannerTo have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation departmentTo develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departmentsThe ideal candidate for this position:Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge and is able to work outside the comfort zone while maintaining the ability to be objective and positiveBe courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of serviceMust be a team player with the ability to multi taskMust be standards driven and detail orientatedMaintain a professional image at all times through appearancePrevious experience in a similar role in a 4 star hotel would be advantageousMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €13.50 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFood allowanceOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
