Professional Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven software developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to join our team as a Technical Lead.
You will report to the Software Development Manager, set the technical direction of your team, drive enhancements to the product suite, provide leadership, encourage innovation, and contribute to the growth and improvement of our software.
The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented, self-starter who can use the latest tools and technologies to create real world solutions to complex user problems, while growing their professional full stack experience in a fast-paced agile environment.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Elasticsearch, with a strong background in backend development, data indexing, and search optimization, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
