The Role: How You'll Make an Impact Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do.

The Operations Analyst within the Central Operations team in CX Operations is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to all functional areas within our Customer Experience (CX) department, including Support, Professional Services, and Payroll Operations.
As an Operations Analyst, you will partner with CX Business Partners, CX leadership, and the CX Business Lead to provide data-driven insights, manage strategic projects, and run and drive improvements to critical business operations.
You will be a subject matter expert for your area of specialization (data) and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do Data Products proficiency in German or another European language is a strong plus.
You possess advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot), and can synthesize complex data into stakeholder-friendly narratives and visualizations that drive decision-making.
You excel at operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a self-sufficient, can-do attitude, holding yourself accountable and thriving with ambiguity in a high-growth organization.
You have a proven track record of continuous improvement, with demonstrated experience optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, value, and quality across business operations.
You communicate with clarity and impact at all levels, delivering effective written and verbal communication that translates complex topics into simple, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
You're skilled at prioritization and stakeholder management, efficiently managing multiple concurrent tasks, navigating competing priorities, and applying critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve conflicts and drive results.
You bring strong business and financial acumen, with experience in planning, forecasting, and target setting, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable KPIs/OKRs with clear definitions, drivers, and guardrails.

This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location.
The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer.
In addition, you'll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
