About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Product Support Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
As a Product Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of product specialists and operations associates. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Engineering, and GTM to design and deliver scalable user support.
You will set clear goals and directions, provide regular feedback on team members' performance, and ensure that team members are happy, effective, and growing in their careers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, with 15+ years of experience in Operations and/or GTM, and 10+ years of experience leading teams, including management of managers. They will be able to make data-driven decisions, influence executive decision-making, and foster a cross-functional, team-oriented mindset.
They will also have experience strategizing and driving large-scale operational process improvements and program management work. Additionally, they will have the ability to operate with high agency, unblock the team, thrive in ambiguous situations, and maintain optimism about the future.
Requirements
* 15+ years of experience in Operations and/or GTM
* 10+ years of experience leading teams, including management of managers
* Strong operational background with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions
* Experience in business partnership, influencing executive decision-making, and fostering a cross-functional, team-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated success as a leader and people manager, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Experience in strategizing and driving large-scale operational process improvements and program management work
* Ability to operate with high agency, unblock the team, thrive in ambiguous situations, and maintain optimism about the future
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of €101,600 - €152,400, depending on location. The annual salary range may change if you are hired in another location. Additionally, this role may include benefits such as equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
