Were working with a well-established Managed Services Provider in the South-East seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and the office. The Role As Senior Account Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, building strong long-term relationships and acting as their trusted technology partner. Youll identify opportunities to enhance client operations through managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions while driving account growth through consultative selling and new business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities across managed IT, cloud, and security services Generate and convert new business leads through the full sales cycle to contract stage Collaborate closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop strategic IT roadmaps for clients Manage renewals, expansions, and SLA adherence across your portfolio Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry developments Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records using CRM and PSA tools Consistently achieve revenue growth and client retention targets About You Minimum 5 years experience in IT account management, ideally within an MSP or IT consultancy Proven success in developing and growing B2B client accounts Strong technical understanding of: Managed IT & Helpdesk Support Cybersecurity (firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC) Cloud Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure) Networking & Infrastructure Backup & Disaster Recovery VoIP / Teams Voice Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Confident engaging with C-level, technical, and procurement stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, self-driven approach Experience working in SLA-driven environments and familiarity with CRM/PSA tools such as AutoTask Whats on Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Company car and fuel card Hybrid working arrangement Career progression within a growing MSP Supportive and collaborative culture Modern office base in the South-East region This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated account manager to take the next step in their IT services career, joining a growing business with genuine progression potential.
