Activities and roles:
* Gain hands-on experience using IT software applied to food industry
* Assist in preparing and verifying ingredients lists for compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support with reviewing supplier documentation and raw material specifications based on food safety and quality criteria for risk assessment.
* Provide administrative and technical support during internal and external audits.
* Learn about food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, allergen management)
