Our HR Programme
The programme is a permanent, full-time role beginning with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you will be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. The programme provides structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe to build skills, confidence, and experience for a successful HR career.
Responsibilities
At Kerry, Human Resources is central to our business, driving strategy and objectives by recruiting, managing, and developing our people. The HR Graduate Programme provides real responsibilities and diverse experiences over a 2-year period within a supportive, learning-focused environment. The programme includes:
* Hands-on experience contributing to driving the business forward.

* Mentorship from a designated mentor to help you achieve your career ambitions.
What You Might Be Doing
* Partner with various departments to implement HR best practices.
* Support Kerry’s growth plans by helping to make Kerry the best place for top talent.
* Gain exposure to HR centers of expertise such as Organisational Effectiveness, Learning & Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.
* Influence strategic decisions and performance within specific business functions.
* Utilise your people and business knowledge to drive growth across businesses and regions.

Qualifications
* On track for a 2.1 degree or equivalent in a Business-related discipline (majoring in Human Resources).
* Ambitious, curious, and eager to apply your talents.
* Open-minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
* A graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.
* Fluent in English; an additional language is desirable.
* Eligible to permanently work in the location applied to.
* Open to travelling and relocating.
* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK-based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the programme.
