About the Role
My client’s project managers provide tailored advice and hands-on involvement throughout the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth supervision, management, control, and delivery of either large-scale complex projects or multiple smaller assignments, ensuring the satisfaction of both the client and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contracts and governance arrangements
* Oversee quality assurance and overall project integrity
* Manage project delivery to agreed levels of quality, programme, and budget
* Lead communications with all stakeholders
* Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success
* Provide full project coordination throughout the lifecycle
* Report progress at regular intervals to senior management and stakeholders
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties/vendors
* Develop comprehensive project plans and share with clients and internal teams
* Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of clients, managing design teams and contractors
* Report on financial and construction milestones to directors and act as a key point of contact
Candidate Profile
* Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture
* Previous relevant project management experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Self-starter with strong initiative, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to take direction
* Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and discretion
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results
