Financial Recruitment Consultant
* Nurture existing client relationships and establish new connections to expand the portfolio of clients and finance roles.
* Develop innovative employer branding strategies and creative candidate sourcing methods.
* Contribute to the development of a best-in-class recruitment strategy and mentor junior team members.
* Design effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates and implement them efficiently.
* Build strong awareness of clients' businesses to target and hire exceptional talent.
* Maintain efficient time-to-hire processes while ensuring high accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System.
* Negotiate rates and close deals effectively.
* Present and sell star candidates to hiring managers in both new and existing clients.
* Provide innovative ideas to help meet strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of agency recruitment experience in the financial sector with in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
* Extensive understanding of accounting and finance roles, as well as the Irish market.
* Demonstrable success in winning new clients and managing long-term key accounts.
* Excellent networking skills for business development and candidate acquisition.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn.
* A winning attitude and ambitious approach with high personal standards and expectations.
* Passion for data and ability to curate talent pipelines on our ATS.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
* Strong phone manner with a preference for direct communication over emailing and messaging.
