">An experienced and skilled leader is required to support the management team with responsibility for the F&B element of our entertainment centre. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can engage customers at all levels, demonstrating good people skills and being a clear communicator.

">Main Responsibilities:

1. ">Oversee the daily operations of all F&B aspects of the business.
">
2. ">Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire your team to deliver the same high standards.
">
3. ">Develop, train and coach a reliable team and motivate them to achieve their best.
">
4. ">Manage individual and team performance and standards through continual review and communication.
">
5. ">Support the Management team to manage all overheads, stock, team schedules, labour control and other elements affecting the profitability of the business.
">
6. ">Maximise all areas of sales revenue and continually challenge yourself and your team to achieve business targets.
">
7. ">Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment and premises, ensuring prompt remedial action as required.
">
8. ">Maintain a safe and harmonious working and customer environment, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
">
">
9. ">Skill Requirements:
">
10. ">Significant solid 2 years+ management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused sector such as retail, hospitality and leisure and catering.
">
11. ">Evidence of people management, training and development, and on-the-job coaching and support.
">
12. ">Full accountability and responsibility for business or sales targets or KPIs in current and previous roles.
">
13. ">Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
">
14. ">An approachable and enthusiastic manner, and a 'can-do' attitude.
">
15. ">Computer literate and knowledge of working within a cash handling environment.
">
16. ">Ability to make decisions using own initiative, but involving relevant assistance where necessary.
">
17. ">Previous experience of working with extremely high standards in customer service, quality, hygiene and health and safety.
">
18. ">Confidence in dealing with performance management, and previous experience in this area.
">
19. ">Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
">
