Associate Specialist, Issues Management
Northern Trust seeks an Associate Specialist, Issues Management, to develop and implement projects across the enterprise, ensuring compliance and best practices. This role coordinates with Issue Managers and Identifiers, identifies complex challenges, and articulates actionable plans to drive results.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Financial Services, experience in Certification and Compliance Oversight, and experience in issues management and remediation. Strong communication and risk assessment skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Service Now IRM Module.
