Service Manager R&M Projects
The primary objective of this role is to manage day-to-day service operations for R&M projects.
* Coordinate and supervise the scheduling of jobs, track orders, and oversee procurement processes.
* Effectively allocate work to engineers and monitor job completion and reporting.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, confirm pricing, and provide support for invoicing purposes.
* Contribute to the setup and maintenance of new operational processes and systems.
* Support small project delivery and ensure seamless running of service activities.
* At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position (service, operations, or administration).
* Technical knowledge of the industry and understanding of site terminology are essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills are required.
* Experience in procurement and scheduling is highly desirable.
Candidates should possess strong IT skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a proactive approach and attention to detail.
