Our client is a leading Irish firm (medium-sized) with a very well established and highly regarded commercial property unit.
Based in Dublin city centre, they are now keen to hire an additional
Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate.
Our client serves a
broad spectrum of clients
—from state and semi-state agencies and local authorities to private sector entities like financial institutions, developers, investors, asset managers, and property professionals.
There is now a significant work stream from the State (due to a continued successful tenders) and they are keen to speak with lawyers who are interested in this type of work (previous experience of property matters for semi-state organisations is preferable, but not essential).
