Senior Chef
positions, with both
full‑time and part‑time roles
available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing kitchen team in one of Inishowen's leading hospitality venues.
About The Role
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the hotel's kitchen team, contributing to a high‑pressure, high‑turnover environment. You will be expected to use your own initiative, maintain excellent standards, and support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Commitment to delivering food of the highest quality for the benefit of both the customer and the establishment.
* Strong experience and knowledge of HACCP procedures.
* A minimum of 2 years' culinary experience in a similar busy operation.
