Key Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end onboarding process for global institutional clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID). Collaboration with Sales & Trading teams is crucial to grow and manage strategic buy-side client relationships. Daily liaison with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations) expedites onboarding and client enablement.
Track and prioritize high-value clients, maintaining accurate data on onboarding progress is essential. Supporting global initiatives enhances the onboarding experience, mitigates risk, and improves time-to-market. Large client relationship initiatives across the Dealer are also key responsibilities.
Proactive identification of bottlenecks or issues requires escalation and timely resolution through cross-team collaboration and process enhancement.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 2-4 years in Capital Markets or with buy-side institutions. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and client onboarding workflows is necessary.
A proven track record managing or supporting institutional client relationships is required, along with familiarity with global regulatory requirements including AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, and MiFID. Project management skills and experience are highly advantageous.
