Branch Leadership Opportunity
As a Branch Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the efficient delivery of business objectives and day-to-day branch operations in a regulatory compliant manner.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and coordinating branch activities to optimize capacity and efficiencies
* Supervising and managing a team of individuals undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles
* Coaching branch colleagues on key learnings of Blackbelt, including collaborative customer conversations and enhanced customer engagement
* Driving business development, lead generation, and cross sales personally and across the team
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours
* Proven experience in retail finance sales and service at a branch level
* Leadership experience with ability to motivate a sales team to deliver on objectives
* Deep knowledge and understanding of PTSB products and services
* Competitor knowledge and market awareness
