Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor
We are currently seeking ambitious and adaptable individuals to work within our sales department. Our team provides solutions for clients' financial needs, including protection, pensions, savings & investments, mortgages, personal financial planning, and business financial planning.
Our specialists have the full support of our administration department, allowing them to focus on advising and serving our customers' needs and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively identify sales opportunities from existing client books and high-intent new customer inquiries, proposing suitable financial solutions.
* Provide professional, compliant, and expert advice regarding identified needs and opportunities.
* Ensure adherence to prescribed procedures, working methods, and industry regulations.
* Work towards agreed targets and standards.
Requirements:
* QFA certification with CFP preferred.
* Excellent financial advisory sales skills.
* Delivering a high level of customer service via phone, email, web-meetings, face-to-face meetings.
* Team player maintaining productive relationships with colleagues and management.
* Previous experience as a financial advisor in a financial services brokerage or financial institution.
* Previous experience operating a CRM system is preferable but not required.
