Commercial Property Lawyer Job Description
A leading Irish firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded commercial property unit.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in property matters for semi-state organisations, although this is not essential.
Key responsibilities include working with a broad spectrum of clients including state and semi-state agencies, local authorities, financial institutions, developers, investors and asset managers. The successful candidate will also be expected to work on significant projects from the State due to continued successful tenders. To succeed in this role you should have excellent knowledge of property law as well as strong communication skills.
