The Work
As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising management on QHSE compliance, policies, and procedures
Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Developing and updating QHSE documentation and management systems
Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
Delivering QHSE training and toolbox talks
Liaising with external regulators, contractors, and certification bodies
Providing periodic performance reporting to senior leadership
The Person
We are seeking a dynamic individual with:
A relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Management
Proven experience in QHSE within property, real estate, or facilities management
Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and industry standards
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently in a consultancy capacity
