The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site teams of tradespeople and subcontractors. Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Liaise with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, inventory, and material requisitions. Conduct quality inspections and oversee finishing works for offices, retail spaces, and commercial interiors. Support training and development of junior staff and tradespeople. Essential Experience & Skills: Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in shopfitting, commercial interiors, or joinery related experience. Hands-on knowledge of fit-outs, partitions, ceilings, decorating, and furniture installation. Strong leadership and team management skills; able to coordinate multi-trade teams. Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations on live sites. Effective communicator with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
