Key Responsibilities
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization's operations comply with international quality management standards, specifically ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
This role can be based out of a Cork or Limerick office.
Key Duties:
* Develop, implement and maintain Quality programmes, delivering functional Quality standards across the business.
* Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Roll out new ISO standards as required by the business.
* Identify risks related to ISO compliance and implement preventive measures.
* Review QMS at regular intervals to ensure alignment with changes in operational requirements.
* Serve as the main point of contact for ISO certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in ISO compliance and quality assurance within the construction industry.
* Proven track record in ISO standards management.
* ISO 9001 Auditor qualification or other relevant ISO certification.
* Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
