About the Role
A Lettings Administrator is sought to assist in delivering a high standard of service to clients, customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to schedule property viewings, maintain the property database to the highest level of detail, and collaborate with multiple teams regarding office duties, bookings, lettings and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Schedule property viewings and work closely with the Lettings Director to ensure the highest service standards are delivered.
* Maintain the property database to the highest level of detail.
* Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization regarding office duties, bookings, lettings and administrative tasks.
* Develop digital marketing strategies to promote properties and manage social media accounts.
* Create and manage brochures, reports, letters, and other correspondence.
Requirements
* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly detail oriented.
* A full driving license and access to your own car.
