We are currently partnering with a well-established, mid-market private equity fund based in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an active fund with a strong track record of deploying capital in Ireland. The team invests in scalable, growth-oriented businesses and takes a hands-on approach to value creation.
You will work directly with senior investment professionals across:
Deal origination and evaluation
Financial modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, comps)
Transaction execution and due diligence
Investment committee materials
Portfolio company monitoring and strategic initiatives
The role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to high-quality transactions, and clear progression potential.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
1–4 years’ experience in private markets, investment banking, transaction services (Big 4), corporate finance, or strategy consulting
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials
High levels of commercial awareness and attention to detail
The ability to operate in a lean, high-performance environment
ACA or CFA is highly desirable.
