CAD Technician
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled CAD technician to manage and coordinate the creation of CAD/BIM drawings, with a focus on residential and commercial projects. The role involves utilizing software such as Civil3D to produce high-quality drawings while working closely with clients and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the creation of CAD/BIM drawings* Utilize software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, and Revit to produce high-quality drawings* Collaborate with clients and design teams to ensure project requirements are met* Identify new business opportunities through effective communication and collaboration

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field* Experience in civil/structural projects within Ireland or the UK* Strong interpersonal skills to lead and mentor junior design staff* Proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and Revit is an advantage* A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
