The ideal candidate will possess strong financial expertise and analytical skills to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Identify and leverage financial support from government agencies, EU programs, public bodies, private foundations, industry organizations, and other sources to support the company's strategy.
 * Coordinate grant proposal development and submission to relevant authorities.
 * Collaborate with the Engineering department to identify research projects eligible for tax credits and prepare and file credit applications with Revenue.
 * Cost Optimization: Work with the Financial Controller to analyze product and customer profitability reports, identify cost overruns, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs per part.
Essential Requirements:
 * Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
 * Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
 * Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
