Job description: -Organise and maintain the showroom and forecourt to a high standard.
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience from initial enquiry to purchase.
-Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle.
-Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest vehicle models and promotions.
-Handle sales transactions, including negotiating pricing and offering finance options.
-Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
-Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
