Wild Cherry Cafe, at Killashee Hotel, is seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead daily cafe operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
Main Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of Wild Cherry Cafe
Lead, train, supervise, and motivate cafe staff
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Manage stock control, supplier orders, and inventory levels
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Prepare staff schedules and manage labour costs
Support promotional activities, seasonal menus, and hotel events
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue targets
Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere within the cafe
Key Requirements
Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when required
Experience working within a hotel environment is an advantage
