Facilities engineer

Job Overview
As a Facilities Engineer, you will provide engineering support, troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise to the Facilities Operations, Utilities & HVAC teams.
Key Responsibilities

Building and specifying cGMP clean/grey utilities, and HVAC equipment, piping, ducting and/or controls.
Managing small-to-mid sized projects related to utilities & HVAC equipment & services.
Conducting troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions.
Assisting in the design review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment.
Supporting the QA Validation department by preparing design documents and assisting in protocol execution.
Assisting in investigations of utility systems, control system anomalies, and safety incidents.
Implementing corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes.
Preparing engineering evaluations, test plans, and modifying change control documentation.
Interpreting P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications for maintenance and repairs.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Pharma/Biotech industry (Senior Engineer). Minimum 2 years for Engineer level.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed and adapt to change.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Adaptability and team collaboration skills.

Compensation
Salary Range (annually): €46,200.00 - €75,400.00.
