Job Title: Financial Administrator


This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance administrator seeking a flexible, office-based role.



About the Role



1. Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently through our financial system.

2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. Liaise with relevant departments to manage internal invoice approvals.

4. Create and maintain new supplier accounts, including requesting necessary documentation and securing approvals.

5. Serve as a point of contact for supplier queries, providing prompt and professional responses;,

6. Main Responsibilities:
