A global top-tier law firm, serving leading international clients, is seeking aSenior Finance Managerto join their finance management team on a 13-15month fixed-term contract.About the RoleAs Senior Finance Manager, you will lead a team of four finance professionals, drive financial reporting excellence, and collaborate closely with senior management and business partners. You will oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, year-end accounts, statutory audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team (1 Finance Manager and 3 trainees)Manage monthly management accounts and month-end close processesCoordinate annual budgeting and year-end accounts preparationPartner with department heads to monitor budgets and support business decisionsManage statutory audit processes and implement audit recommendationsReview and approve financial statements for presentation to the Audit CommitteeProvide regular financial performance updates to the Finance Director and senior leadersAbout You:ACA or ACCA qualified with 5+ years management experienceStrong communication skills to engage with finance teams and stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex finance issuesSelf-motivated with strong time management, able to meet tight deadlinesIntermediate to advanced Excel userComfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple prioritiesThis is a hybrid role (2 days office & 3 WFH) offering an excellent salary and benefits package.To Apply:Please contactRichard Minchinon the Lex Consultancy team.
