A leading tech-enabled business services group is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Integrations) to drive large-scale transformation and integration projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive transformation and integration initiatives.
- Develop and manage programme governance, reporting structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to ensure programme success.
- Manage resource allocation, financial controls, and budget tracking.
- Deliver integration programmes across people, processes, technology, and culture, particularly in M&A environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in programme management, ideally in transformation or integration environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-project programmes.
- Strong leadership and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in M&A integration, business process harmonisation, and system integration (ERP, CRM, HR systems).
- Financial and resource management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and change management methodologies.
