Driving and motivating in-home sales teams, ensuring they deliver a world-class consultative sales experience. Designing and executing a sales strategy that smashes ambitious growth targets. Recruiting, coaching, and inspiring managers and sales reps, creating a high-energy, high-performance culture. Using data and insights to track KPIs, spot opportunities, and continuously improve results. Working closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to keep the customer journey seamless from first call to installation.
