What You'll be Doing:
Be the team's guide - support, coach, and encourage the Customer Service team in their day-to-day work.
Keep things running smoothly - make sure operations are efficient and customers always get top-quality service.
Champion the customer - set the tone for a customer-first approach and ensure queries or complaints are resolved quickly and fairly.
Help people grow - lead on training, mentoring, and development so the team feels confident and supported.
Balance and organise - allocate tasks, track performance, and make sure everyone is working at their best.
Work together - collaborate with suppliers, Key Account Managers, and other teams across the business.
Share the story - prepare reports, KPIs, and updates that keep everyone informed and aligned.
Drive improvements - promote a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Think bigger - support other divisions and take on special projects that help the wider business succeed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Customer-first mindset - you've built at least five years of experience in customer service and know how to create positive experiences.
Team leadership - you've successfully supervised or led a team, and you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and motivating others to do their best.
Tech confidence - you're comfortable with PCs and have strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Learning & growth - you've completed your Leaving Certificate (a third-level qualification is a bonus), and you're always looking to learn more.
Great communicator - you're clear, approachable, and skilled at building strong relationships across different teams.
Detail-focused - you care about accuracy and getting things right the first time.
Problem-solver - you think analytically, tackle challenges with ease, and find smart solutions.
Organised & adaptable - you can balance competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay flexible when things change.
