Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. Your Role
* Partner directly with senior leadership, acting as the key Finance contact for the business unit.
* Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting, providing clear insights across revenue, sales, margins, and costs.
* Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, challenging and supporting the business to set ambitious yet achievable targets.
* Support the evaluation and preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
* Monitor business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and processes.
* Collaborate closely with wider finance teams to achieve business objectives.
* Mentor and lead direct reports as the team evolves.
Your Skills
* Qualified accountant with a strong academic background.
* 5+ years' experience in business partnering, FP&A, or financial reporting.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
* Track record of improving reporting processes and delivering business value.
* Advanced MS Office skills and experience with management information systems.
* Proactive, motivated, and adaptable, with sound decision-making ability.
