Working proactively with young people aged 12–17 to prevent offending behaviour through positive engagement, personal development, and targeted youth work programmes.
Key Requirements (All Roles):
* A recognised qualification (minimum Level 7) in Youth Work, Social Care, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in youth justice, or youth work settings.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage with young people and their families.
* Full clean driving licence and access to a car essential.
* Garda Vetting required.
