Motor Injury Claims Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims handling process, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of motor injury claims from straightforward to complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of motor injury claims and ensuring each is handled with care, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
* Making confident, well-informed liability decisions and negotiating settlements that are fair, timely and cost-effective for both the customer and us.
* Providing clear, empathetic support to customers throughout the claims journey, helping them navigate what can be a difficult time with reassurance and clarity.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders including solicitors, medical professionals, and third-party providers to drive claims to resolution.
Requirements:
* APA (Personal & Commercial) or CIP qualification.
* A strong foundation in injury claims handling and a solid understanding of the Irish claims landscape.
* A strategic thinker and confident decision-maker, with the ability to assess complex information quickly and act decisively in the best interest of all parties.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes through collaboration.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, with high learning agility and a desire to continuously improve your technical knowledge and professional development.
