Location: onsite in our Cork office, MahonSalary:€29,900 gross p/a + performance bonusHours of work:rotating shifts across 8am-10pm (across Mon-Sun). You'll be the face of one of the world's top payment processing brands: you will help users investigate, researching and identifying issues. You will be a point of reference and trust for them. Talking on the phone or via email and chat with different people and facing different situations, you'll have the opportunity to improve your communication and problem solving skills day by day. There will be opportunities for you to engage in projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies and enriching the overall customer experience.You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, where colleagues and managers are always ready to lend a hand.
