Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Leader to spearhead our site operations, overseeing safety and quality assurance, managing project schedules and daily activities, controlling costs, coordinating subcontractor work, and preparing regular progress reports.
* Our ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring a safe working environment, setting up and managing safety documentation, and driving quality standards.
* They will be responsible for planning and executing projects on time, meeting client expectations and adhering to engineering standards.
* The successful candidate will also manage project expenses, encompassing labour, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
* Additionally, they will coordinate with subcontractors, monitor their progress, workforce levels, and schedule regular review meetings.
Requirements
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Mechanical trade experience is essential.
* The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager / Lead.
* Prior experience working with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK is required.
* A proven track record of leading large-scale projects under tight deadlines is highly desirable.
