Position Overview
1. Sort and prepare hard copy records for scanning, including document preparation.
2. Scan physical files to create electronic images, ensuring high quality.
3. Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking.
4. Manifest and pack records for shipping.
Job Requirements
1. Basic familiarity with PCs and related computer products.
2. Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records accurately.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets while maintaining quality.
5. Adaptability to change and ability to handle long-term projects.
6. Understanding of the importance and value of customer service.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Teamwork skills and ability to take direction from supervisors.
9. Compliance with health and safety training and completion of required Iron Mountain courses.
