The Role We are currently seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our small and dedicated team.
This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and payroll experience who enjoys working with clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a broad client base Complete Revenue submissions, salary certificates, and CSO surveys Prepare and generate ad hoc payroll reports as needed Provide client support via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience processing multiple payrolls is a strong advantage IPASS qualification is desirable, but not essential Benefits 1620 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) Competitive salary (€34,000 €38,000 pro rata) 25 days annual leave (pro rata) Free on-site parking Supportive and friendly working environment
