Mechanical Contracts Manager We are hiring for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to work with an M&E Contractor based in Mayo.
You will be reporting to the Mechanical Services Director and you will focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high industry standards while managing client relationships and ensuring full compliance across all activities.

Responsibilities: Manage multiple mechanical contracts from planning through to completion Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability of projects Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards Support procurement of materials and services in a cost-effective manner Conduct site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards Manage contract variations, amendments, and reporting requirements Requirements: Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management) Technical knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g.
HVAC, power distribution) Understanding of health & safety regulations and building standards Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Experience with BIM Benefits: Salary €75k - €90k DOE Company van plus fuel card 21 days of Annual Leave Pension, Income Protection and Life Assurance benefits Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
