Job Title: Education and Learning Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as an Education and Learning Specialist.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational programmes and materials that meet the needs of our learners. This will involve working closely with authors, examiners, lecturers, and other industry professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
In addition to these responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting learners through assessment, ensuring that our programmes meet the required standards, and analysing student engagement and feedback to inform future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop learner-focused content, including textbooks, microlearning activities, and practical study supports.
* Coordinate education development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Support learners through assessment, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Ensure that our programmes meet the required standards, including National Qualifications Framework insurance industry requirements.
* Analyse student engagement and feedback, using this information to inform future developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in education development, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will also need to have a 3rd-level qualification, preferably in a field related to education or training.
In addition to these qualifications, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
A professional insurance qualification is desirable but not essential. However, you will need to have a genuine interest in the insurance industry and be able to demonstrate your understanding of its key principles and practices.
