Overview
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the team in Navan, working face-to-face with clients across Personal Lines and Commercial insurance. This is an on-site role, so strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships are key.
Base salary: €32,000 - €35,000 + commission
Benefits: Pension, yearly wallet, insurance discounts etc.
You’ll be part of a busy local office, helping to drive sales, support customers, and represent the brand with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver sales across Personal Lines and Commercial insurance products
* Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling
* Handle customer queries and escalate technical issues when needed
* Support the day-to-day running of the Navan Sales Office
* Assist with renewals, revisions, and claims notifications
* Provide occasional support to nearby offices
* Take ownership of outstanding premium collections and account follow-up
What we’re Looking For
* APA qualification
* Previous experience in insurance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with customers
* Proactive, energetic, and results-driven attitude
