**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and development of the Equipment Hire/Sale & Service section. This involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the Equipment Hire/Sale & Service division
* Operations Management: Manage equipment hire, sale, and service operations to ensure efficient output
* Budget and Performance Oversight: Monitor department output against budgeted targets and identify areas for improvement
* Stock and Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels and establish practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
* Team Management: Supervise and support direct reports, including Service Technicians, Service Administrators, and Sales Team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations or department management
* Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen
* Ability to monitor budgets and track performance metrics
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team
* Familiarity with stock control and inventory systems
