The Perfect Candidate
We are looking for a
passionate Graphic Designer with hospitality experience
, someone who understands how great design shapes perception, emotion, and brand identity. You'll play a key role in translating our clients' stories into
bold, distinctive, and social-first visual systems
, spanning digital, print, and campaign assets.
Your primary focus will be design, but you should also feel comfortable adapting layouts for different platforms, collaborating closely with filmmakers and photographers, and preparing assets for real-world use. From Instagram carousels to campaign decks, menus, and brand toolkits, your work will help define how hospitality brands show up visually.
You'll start by working closely with our Creative Director to absorb Drink In's visual language and storytelling approach. Over time, we're looking for someone who can

Your Role
As our
Graphic Designer
, you will:
* Design high-quality visual assets for social media, branded campaigns, presentations, and hospitality-focused projects.
* Translate brand strategies and creative briefs into clear, engaging, and aesthetically strong design systems.
* Create layouts, templates, and visual identities that work across multiple formats and platforms.
* Collaborate closely with filmmakers, photographers, producers, and account teams to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables.
* Adapt designs quickly in fast-paced environments, responding to feedback while maintaining a high creative standard.
* Prepare files for digital use and print production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
* Represent
Drink In
professionally in internal discussions and, when required, in client-facing contexts.
