Job Title: Hr Business Partner
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to dairy plant leadership, fostering people-focused strategies that support business goals.
* Partner with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities and provide insights on workforce planning, productivity, talent risks, and organizational design.
* Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for dairy operations. Identify skill gaps in production, quality control, maintenance and commercial. Drive learning programs based on learning needs analysis.
* Manage the performance management cycle-goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations. Coach managers on objective setting aligned to KPI metrics.
