Store Leadership Role

* Support the Store Manager with daily operations and ensure seamless store execution.
* Lead staff, including training, scheduling, and performance guidance.
* Manage inventory, encompassing stock control and procurement.
* Promote exceptional customer experiences and address any issues or complaints effectively.
* Establish and maintain store policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth.
