We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the operations of our accommodation centre in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have strong hotel management experience and excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality services. They will lead a diverse team, drive operational standards, and implement best practices to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre.
* Provide overall leadership and direction to the accommodation centre.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with best practice.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Operations Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
